Malco Tools, Inc. employs around 160 associates on two shifts at our Annandale, MN location. We are always looking for multi-talented people who can grow with us and assist our company in achieving our long-term goals. Retirement
- Malco Tools’ 401(k) plan allows employees to receive a 100% match on the first 3% of their contributions and a 50% match on the next 2%, enabling employees who contribute 5% to receive the maximum 4% company match. Eligibility begins on the first of the month after 30 days of employment.

Insurance – Full-time and part-time (20 or more hours per week) associates are covered on the first of the month following 30 days of employment.
- Health – Comprehensive high deductible health plan that the company pays the majority of the premium and more if wellness goals are met (a Health Savings Account (HSA) for pre-tax contributions is also available)
- Dental – the company pays 100% of basic dental coverage
- Life/AD&D Insurance – the company pays 100% of 1X your annual salary, you can elect to buy an additional 2x or 3X your annual salary for voluntary life and AD&D
- Short Term Disability – the company pays 100% of short term disability. Plan covers 2/3 of your income for up to 6 months in the event of your inability to work due to illness or accident.
- Long Term Disability – you can elect to buy long term disability

- 401(k) match – 30% match on the first $4,000 with immediate match vesting once eligible to enter the profit sharing (401K) plan.
- Education tuition reimbursement – Up to $2,400 per year towards eligible expenses (at one year of employment).
- Employee discount program – Discounts available on tools and company apparel.
- Flexcomp Credits – $750 per year to help pay for additional benefits
- Referral Bonus – Associate referral program pays $500 for referrals of new talent
- Safety shoe reimbursement – Receive up to $180 reimbursement for the purchase of steel-toed safety shoes
- Prescription safety glasses – Malco will pay the complete costs of lenses, frames, and side shields. Basic eye exam up to $110.00.
