PEX Foam Board Stapler
Malco’s FBSN Pex Foam Board Stapler is the ideal solution for installing in-floor radiant heating. A lightweight one-piece polymer magazine stands up to any rugged job-site environment. A leaf spring-controlled stop automatically adjusts to setup the staples and guide it through the fastening mechanism without risk of jamming or deforming staples. Magazine loading-strips of 25 staples are joined together with a discreet plastic weld that allows staples to separate cleanly as they are engaged by the fastening mechanism.

FAQs
Q: Will the Foam Board Staples work as intended with EPS type foam board?
A: No. we do not recommend use on EPS type foamboard.
Q: Do you know of any other brands of staples that would work with the FBSN?
A: Malco Foam Board Stapler and staples (FBSN, FBSN1, & FBSN2) are compatible with most brands of foam board stapling systems.
Q: How do I prevent the staples from jamming?
A: Be deliberate with seating the staple firmly into the foam board. Make sure the follower weight is in place and the handle is sliding properly.
Keep Staples above the fill line. Tilt the tool slightly forward to help with staple flow.
